On some Teardroplugs you have an Sonor made insert(right picture) .

on others you have a standart nut 1/4 inch 20 threat inside.

So if your inserts are lost or in bad condition just go to a hardwarestore and

get yourself the standart nuts in brass(best choice).Any questions just send a mail.
