Thats what need
1.Step we cut 2 small 1" pieces from the big shell shell . In this case its a 10X6 6ply. |

2.Step we cut the 2 small rings with that tool... |

... that gives us that picture |

3.Step we put the ring in the shell and put a pencil mark on the point we found out (we tried a few times now we know the place where to mark).you can see the mark on the ring?? |

4.Step we cut the ring on the mark |

5.Step putting the ring in the shell we look if we did a good cut,if yes... |

.....we put glue on the ring and... |
 |
.....distribute the glue on the ring evenly
(i hope this is the correct english word) |

6.Step we put the ring into the shell.. |

...and start to clamp here and then... |

... all round the shell |

when one side is ready we do the other also. |
