This is the shell with the hoops and the wrap. The work is the same like on regular Bassdrums. This BD was sold to Buzz Klavans USA

The Hardware |

The lower piece is first like on normal Bassdrums,the upper piece is aligned and the end of the overlapp is protected by the papertape |

Now the glue is dry and ready for putting the upper piece on |

The overlapps are pressed together |
 |
the hoops are covered(same prodedure as the BD) |
 |
the covering is cut on the BD edge and the bearing edge is done |
 |
Ready for drilling the hardware holes |
