BD and TT Lugs are different why??

Its because on a BD you have woodhoops and claws.The claw is
locatet outside on the woodhoop and the insert of the lug must be on
a more outside position so the tuningrod can reach it
weil an der BD nicht mit Stahlreifen gearbeitet wird,sondern mit Holzreifen und Klauen.Die Klaue sitzt aussen auf dem Holzreifen und deshalb muss der Eingang für die Stimmschraube etwas weiter nach aussen gelegt werden. |

screws are working in this case because of the flexible inserts in the

you must have a distance(red line) from center insert to
other center insert of about 43,3cm (little more then 17") and the
lugs must have inserts that are flexible .
Man braucht einen Abstand von (rote Linie)43,3 cm zwischen den Inserts,gemessen von Lochmitte zu Lochmitte und die Inserts sollten etwas beweglich sein
